We're thrilled to share a preview and the official title of Hanna's presentation: Unlocking Philadelphia’s Potential through Transformational Adaptive Reuse Projects.

What happens when yesterday’s schools, factories, and civic landmarks no longer fit today’s needs? The Preservation Alliance believes these buildings can anchor Philadelphia’s future. Through adaptive reuse projects, vacant and underused structures can be transformed into cultural spaces, housing, workplaces, and neighborhood hubs that fuel growth. Our Fast Forward presentation will highlight recent success stories, explore reuse opportunities such as the Roundhouse and former schools, and discuss the policy changes necessary to make adaptive reuse a central strategy for a more vibrant, sustainable, and attractive Philadelphia.
